The concept of Zuma comes from Chef Rainer Becker who opened the original one in London. He was inspired by the easy-going Japanese izakoya way of eating. Zuma combines the Japanese way of cooking and Japanese aesthetics in design. Zuma opened about 2 years ago in the St Regis Hotel. They have other branches in Miami, London and Hong Kong.

To start:  A glass of prosecco

 White miso soup with tofu, wakame and spring onions
Zuma Salad with asparagus, tomatoes and barley miso dressing
Chilled homemade tofu
Steamed rice

Main Course 
Teriyaki grilled chicken breast with pickled plum sauce
Barbequed pork ribs with spicy cashew nuts & spring onions
Assorted grilled vegetable skewers with truffle vinaigrette
Salmon teriyaki with pickled cucumber
Mixed platter of 3 pieces maki & 5 pieces nigiri sushi
