The usual coffee meet & greet will occur from 10:00–11:00am, then from 11:00–11:30am, Dr Dimple will update us on Ayurvedic Secrets to maintaining a healthy liver in daily life, with a brief Q & A to follow. Please join us for a morning of friendship and learning! Hope to see everyone there!

Dr. Dimple Arora will be joining us on Monday, June 13th, for a chat on: Live(r) Right! : You are as young and healthy as your liver. The liver is a core organ, the only organ which regenerates itself. It performs more than 200 functions! You are as young and as robust immunity-wise as your liver. It not only responds to your diet, but also to emotions. Ayurveda helps us understand the energetics and biodynamics of the human body, and zooms in on effective liver cleanse and rejuvenation in daily life. Dr. Arora will give you a glimpse into this amazing science, and the even more amazing organ that cares for you on auto mode, day in and day out. It's time we understand, appreciate and return the care.
