Happy summer! It's not all about the Wat but all the great Culture we get to see and experience along the way...

Dennie Cody and Duangkamon Khattiya are professional photographers who specialize in lifestyle and travel photography for advertising, editorial and corporate clients. We are pleased to announce that they are doing another private walk for AWC members and their guests.

Wat Paknam Bhasicharoen, commonly called Wat Paknam, is a royal temple located in Phasi Charoen district, Bangkok. Wat Paknam belongs to Mahayana Nikaya fraternity and is where the Dhammakaya Movement originated. A large temple, it is quite popular and well-supported by a prosperous community. It is also known for its nun order and charity works.

According to Dennie, "There is an almost endless change of scenery as we go from Talat Phli station to Wat Paknam. The wat is located in an area that doesn't draw many travelers. It's the best ways to experience Thai local living in the area."
