A half-day Workshop on Relationships

    
Someone once said that 85 percent of our success and happiness is determined by our relationships with other people. This is so true as healthy relationships build our identity and self-esteem, sustain our need to love and belong, and is a source of support in our times of need. Research also shows that people in happy relationships live longer and healthier lives. In the workplace, or in business, healthy relationships are equally important – getting along well with our colleagues facilitates workplace efficiency and reduce stress, understanding and relating well with our clients help us serve them better. Want to build and sustain strong and healthy relationships?

Do join this 4-hour workshop to learn:

  • About yourself: What makes you tick? Through a simple and fun exercise find out about your Basic Needs and Wants, and get a better understanding of your behavior, choices and wants 
  • About relationships: Happy and broken ones: What they look like?
  • Why relationships break down? Discussing mismatched needs and wants, perception, poor communicating and the 7 disconnector habits that hurt relationships
  • Building and maintaining happy relationships: discussing self-reflection, quality communicating, the 7 connector habits that nurture relationships and managing change.
Trainer Profiler Eunice Gan, from Singapore, is an experienced trainer with 20 years of experience in developing training programs in sales and marketing, motivation, communication and leadership­­—honed from her extensive corporate work in the tourism industry. She also holds a Specialist Diploma in Counselling and Psychology from Singapore and is certified in Choice Theory/Reality Therapy (CTRT) with The William Glasser Institute International USA. She has lived and worked in Thailand for more than 25 years. She is bi-lingual in English and Thai.  

Workshop format: Fun and interactive, brief lectures, games,self-reflection. Conducted in English.

Cost:  Member 1,100 baht; Nonmember 1,350 baht
Registration fee includes refreshments and light snack. The fee is not refundable after close of registration but sending a replacement is acceptable.
