Scholarship Schools' Visit

On September 10 and 11th, the AWC Scholarship team will make an overnight trip to the northeastern region of Thailand to visit two schools where we support scholarship girls, one in Sakon Nakhon and one in Udon Thani.

We would like to take along a good-sized contingent on this trip. Details are still being worked out but we have started a roster of interested participants.

We will fly into Sakhon Nakhon, overnight in Udon Thani and leave from Udon Thani airport. All volunteers are responsible for any costs incurred on the trip; the total price should be approximately 2,500 baht.

This is a chance to see a part of Thailand very different from Bangkok and to meet students and teachers who are always happy to have us visit. Please email Renee at renhud@gmail.com if you are interested in coming along.
