11-11:45am Fit CIZE Cardio Dance
This class will experience new programming lead on digital format by the original Trainer.
Recently launched by Shaun T! CIZE is the END of exercise! If you've wanted to learn to dance but feel it's a struggle, or you just love to dance, this class is for you. Start with the basics and work your way to harder hip-hop dance moves throughout the month, all while working up a sweat and getting your cardio on. Any fitness level can try this! Phyllis will be there to help with modifications and lead you through.
No mat or equipment needed.
Cost for all 4 classes:

- Bring your own water, sweat towel and snacks if needed
- PAR-Q (waiver) will be filled out 1st day of participation. It is advised to check with your physician if you are new to exercise or have any health limitations

Phyllis has over 30 years in the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer and health club director. Over the years she has certified with NASM, ACE, AFAA, AAAI/ISMA, MAFA, Les Mills, SilverSneakers, Zumba level 1, 2, Zumba Toning Zumba Gold and Aqua Zumba, P90X, Insanity, PiYo, Apex and DotFit Nutrition and is Stott Pilates trained for Mat and intermediate Reformer.
