Thanksgiving Potluck and
AWC's Annual General Meeting (AGM) & Election

Date & Time:  Thursday, November 16th, 11:00 am
Location: Maxine's home in Sukhumvit
 
Join us to celebrate this all-American holiday! Bring your favorite Thanksgiving dish to share and visit with friends to kick off the holiday season.  

AWC’s Annual General Meeting will be after lunch. Important decisions will be made about AWC's future and Club structure during the meeting. Please plan join us to voice your opinion! Want to get more involved? There is always room for more ideas and helping hands. Contact Lauri, awcpres@awcthailand.org.

Please RSVP/register by Monday, November 13th to attend. During the registration process, you need to choose which dish you will bring to share. Here is the list of suggested choices to make it a special and delicious meal for all:
  • Turkey
  • Chicken
  • Fish
  • Potatoes
  • Pasta
  • Stuffing
  • Gravy
  • Salad
  • Vegetable
  • Cranberry
  • Fruit
Directions to Maxine's house (including a map) and her contact information will come in your confirmation email.

THIS WILL BE YOUR POLLING PLACE. This is the time and place to cast your vote (unless you request an absentee ballot in advance) for the 2018-2019 AWC Executive Officers. The Nominating Committee will have the polls open from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm to accept your ballot. If you just want to come vote and not participate in the potluck, that’s fine.
