While some of the basics are important, how we execute them can make the difference for you. Expect the unexpected, from Tabata to HITT to cardio and lots of core work, we will keep you having fun and working towards your fitness goals.
Some nutrition tips will be shared as well!

Phyllis has more than 30 years in the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer and health club director. Over the years she has certified with NASM, ACE, AFAA, AAAI/ISMA, MAFA, Les Mills, SilverSneakers, Zumba level 1, 2, Zumba Toning Zumba Gold and Aqua Zumba, P90X, Insanity, PiYo, Apex and DotFit Nutrition and is Stott Pilates trained for Mat and intermediate Reformer.
