Do you want to learn how to meditate, and learn the fantastic power of the mind, using it to be active, calm or relaxed, or to make positive changes in your life? Then this will be for you!
Behavior coach and hypnotist Bille Stalbo Hansen teaches how to access your conscious and subconscious brain to overcome fears, phobias, addictive behaviors, and pain management. Business coaching and leadership coaching success have all been a part of his career for 20 years.
There are many ways to meditate, therefore at the sessions we’re going to make 2 different meditations so you can find what type suits you best:
- One is guided and the same each week.
- The second will be a new type of meditation every week.
We will also talk about how you can use meditation to change your mindset, your bad patterns, or just use it to find relaxation.
This will be informal and fun, where there is room for everybody to speak their mind and have a good time, and learn about meditation. Bring your own mat or yoga mat.
If you are unsure this is for you, please drop in to the first session to try it out.
Bille can spice things up with self-hypnoses, mindfulness, and other powerful tools, if people want to know more about that.
Dates: Thursdays, starting February 9th for 4 weeks through March 2nd.
