11:45am-12:15pm Body Weight Training
30 minute Body Weight Training led by Phyllis to help you gain strength and get your heart pumping. Experience small group personal training using techniques from interval training, HIIT and Tabata. Crazy and zany at times, 30 minutes is all you need to target your major muscle groups, including the belly laugh muscles!
Bring an exercise or yoga mat for this class. They can be stored at the clubhouse.

- PAR-Q (waiver) will be filled out 1st day of participation. It is advised to check with your physician if you are new to exercise or have any health limitations

Phyllis has over 30 years in the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer and health club director. Over the years she has certified with NASM, ACE, AFAA, AAAI/ISMA, MAFA, Les Mills, SilverSneakers, Zumba level 1, 2, Zumba Toning Zumba Gold and Aqua Zumba, P90X, Insanity, PiYo, Apex and DotFit Nutrition and is Stott Pilates trained for Mat and intermediate Reformer.
