Get firm and fit this month with activities for your heart, body, mind and soul.
1:30-2:15pm Intermediate Pilates
This class is for the individual who has some experience with Pilates and understands the basics in order to move through the repertoire of exercises without too much explanation.
Bring a yoga mat and an exercise mat for the above classes. These items can be stored at the clubhouse.
Cost for all 4 classes:

- Bring your own water, sweat towel and snacks if needed
- PAR-Q (waiver) will be filled out 1st day of participation. It is advised to check with your physician if you are new to exercise or have any health limitations

Phyllis has over 30 years in the fitness industry as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer and health club director. Over the years she has certified with NASM, ACE, AFAA, AAAI/ISMA, MAFA, Les Mills, SilverSneakers, Zumba level 1, 2, Zumba Toning Zumba Gold and Aqua Zumba, P90X, Insanity, PiYo, Apex and DotFit Nutrition and is Stott Pilates trained for Mat and intermediate Reformer.
