Just in time for Valentine's Day, come spend a morning at L'école Bangkok Cooking School learning to prepare chocolate mousse, the quintessential romantic French dessert, chocolate coated Madeleine cakes, bite-size treats which hold a special place in the heart of French people, and an irresistible heart-shaped chocolate soft cake for two.

Located in charming Soi Goethe, in the heart of Bangkok, l'ecole is dedicated to culinary arts, with Le Cordon Bleu cooking school graduates, Thai Chef Liu and French Chef Florence, creating a cheerful space to share their passion for cooking.

Chef Florence will be leading this two-hour dessert workshop, complete with instruction, cooking equipment, and all ingredients necessary to make the above delectable French delights. And you may bring home everything you prepare.
